What will it take for us today as Christians to realize that “America” stands polluted and we “The Church” are her only hope for deliverance? She is still our “Sweet Land of Liberty”, but these last eight years of “Sin in High Places” should tell us how far from God we as a people in this land have came and how polluted “America the Beautiful” has become. God help us today to stand tall and straight and fly both the “American and the Christian Flag proudly for God and for Nation”.

Have you ever had the distinct feeling that God was trying to get your attention about some one or some thing and you had been praying about this thing repeatedly? Maybe it was regarding someone’s salvation or deliverance and yet once again, you seemed to have no answer? Could it be He was saying to you, as He often does to me “My Daughter” Re-assess this situation and pray again? Maybe He is saying to you as He does to me, realize these people who are so negligent about their salvation and who are seemingly so unaware of the day of MY appearing, just need to be reminded of their condition. Maybe He expects you and I to take the initiative; we may be the instruments “He” uses in winning them back to the Kingdom. Don’t be afraid to Minister to them. Folks, God may be saying to you today as He often does to me, look around at the backsliders in your own area and see how far MY people have strayed and erred in the way. Let’s help win the lost to God while there is still time.

I love to travel and most of the time I like to fly. I love being high in the clouds and looking out the window of my plane and watching the sights below. I really detest the aisle seats where the view is so limited. I love to watch the Big Jet as it goes in for the landing. Whenever it is at all possible you will find me by the window, where I can see. I always look out the window as my plane is departing imagining my husband heading back to the car, soon to be on the freeway headed back home. The Automobiles, Semi-trucks, Vans, etc. all look so tiny and the freeways take on a completely different view from the sky.

And then maybe you have been like I was on this particular journey, keenly aware of how inhabited the land has became with hardly a space that is not broken by a path or road of some type. There had been a rainfall just before my journey and the streams were filled with muddy water visible from my sky view, there was nothing pretty that day about the streams of water at all. I felt so sad and felt as though I was looking through spiritual eyes and seeing the pollution of the earth as we know it today, only seeing it differently.

It is impossible for me not to think on the Word of God when I am flying in an airplane. So, my mind left the flying to the pilot and I began to ponder on the Word of God. I was immediately caught up in the Old Testament and the woes of the Hebrew children. Thinking today on the plane about the inhabitants of the land took me back to another time in Bible history when the Lord told His chosen people “The Israelite People” to go in and possess the land. After many trials and tribulations they finally did possess the land but not in the way God had instructed them to do. It was only because of the faithfulness of Joshua and Caleb that the land God has promised finally became their possession.

Then I thought of how easily the Hebrew children polluted the land God had promised them and helped them to obtain. Today is mankind not just as guilty. The Water that once was pure, the Lakes that once were clean the Vast Ocean that once was deep and pure. Now even the Sea Creatures are not safe from man’s pollution. We read where giant whales and seals are washed onto the beaches on a regular basis, dead from unknown substances or sources. There are warnings posted in various places of the types of pollution. Many lakes have notification signs that the fish caught there are not fit for human consumption.

Haven’t we also been guilty of polluting the Word of God in much the same way? We in America who have been taught from the knees of our parents to serve God. Are we not even now doing things that are not pleasing to God and making excuses such as these I will now mention?

Well our forefathers were just traditionalist and didn’t really understand the Word of God.
Our Forefathers were just Old Fashioned and didn’t have the modern methods of understanding the Bible we have today. We are a learned generation.
We have found a New and Better way and it’s easy and it works.

Friends, if this is the lie the devil has sold you, you are on dangerous ground. God’s Word had not changed, No! Not one Iota. If we change the Word to suit what “We want it to fit concerning us” then He will most certainly hold us accountable on that Great and Final Judgement Day and that WILL be a day none of will miss regardless of how we have lived our lives.

We can chose “this day” to serve a “Holy God” who demands we live a “Holy Life” or we can choose to lower our standards and choose a “Lukewarm Life” that will bar us out of heaven forever. God did not make us as a Robot but gave us a free Choice. We can decide Heaven or Hell for ourselves. Many of the Old Time Christians who used to love the Old Time Way where they believed the Word of God to be the final Authority and took a true stand of Holiness now have changed their ways and decided to do what the majority of the Church World is doing, regardless of the consequences. My friends, this is a wrong choice to make. God will hold us responsible for our actions when we make up our mind to do what everyone else is doing, simply because it looks and feels good.

Rev. 3:16 So, then because thou are lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spew thee of my mouth.

Rev 3:21 – To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in His throne.

Rev. 4:10 – The four and twenty elders fall down, before Him, that sat on the throne, and worship him that liveth for ever and ever, and cast their crowns before the throne saying

Rev. 4:11 – Thou are worthy. O Lord, to receive glory and honor and power, for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created.

Folks, we are living in a day when I could from my “Sky View” see the cars and other modes of transportation which, reminded me of crawling ants, each holding human people “Running to and Fro” “Seeking Peace” and “Finding None”. Sinners are racing toward that final destination or destruction whichever the case may be, at a rapid pace, doing all that flesh can find to do. If it feels good do it. Don’t worry about the cost! Eat, drink and be merry for tomorrow you may die “But not today”.

The snowcaps I glimpsed on the mountains remind me each time that I fly of God’s holiness and His purity. I feel like an “Overseer” on many occasions. I often feel as I am looking over God’s earthly kingdom such pity, as my heart is grief stricken when I think of how God’s heart must break when we are so blatantly disobedient and trample the “Blood of His Son Jesus Christ”.

Thank God we have a HOPE and that Hope is in our Lord Jesus Christ and He has promised to never leave us or forsake us and He never will. No matter what you may see the world do, even the Church World, if it does not line up with the Word of God, cast it away from you and get back in touch with the Master and His Word.
